Shipping charges will be applicable to all orders .If the order is cancelled before dispatch, lost in transit or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges. Cancellation by Us
While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with us, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
- Product No Longer Available With us or Temporarily Out of Stock
- Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
- Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
- Non-Serviceable Locations
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.
Cancellations by the Customer
We hope that you never have to return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our return policy to take care of your hassles.
Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. Incorrect items received: We are proud of the robustness of our fulfillment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the right items to you right away and collect the incorrect items from you at your convenience. Please email to us all details regarding the incorrect items on email@example.com with all details.
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 48-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us
For the UAE, we accept refunds for the full amount of the transaction with the exception of any shipping fees. Prior to any refund, the item(s) will be checked to be in perfect condition. Our Customer Care team will confirm this by email. The method of the refund depends on the payment method used when the order was placed.
Payments which have been made with credit or debit cards will have the funds returned to the original card used to make the payment within 20 days of our Customer Care team confirming the return.
Payments which have been made through PayPal will have the funds returned to the PayPal account which was used to make the payment within 20 days of our Customer Care team confirming the return.
Payments which have been made with Cash-On-Delivery have two options of refund methods:
- A voucher code for the same value as the returned item(s) will be issued to be used in your next order. This unique voucher code will be sent to you via email from our Customer Care team within 5 working days from the item(s) being received.
- Funds can be transferred to a UAE bank account. The cost of the bank transfer will be charged to the customer and funds will be returned within 20 days of our Customer Care team confirming the return.
